Pork Chops from greenlane

INGREDIENTS

4 boneless, center cut porkchops

1/2 cup flour or Bisquick

1 tbsp oil

1 can pork gravy

PREPARATION:

  1. Dip chops in flour.
  2. Saute in oil until golden on each side.
  3. Pour out any excess oil. Pour in the gravy
  4. Cook slowly for a 20-30 minutes, until done.
  5. Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
