INGREDIENTS
4 boneless, center cut porkchops
1/2 cup flour or Bisquick
1 tbsp oil
1 can pork gravy
PREPARATION:
- Dip chops in flour.
- Saute in oil until golden on each side.
- Pour out any excess oil. Pour in the gravy
- Cook slowly for a 20-30 minutes, until done.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
