Spinach Noodle Bake from chickadee

INGREDIENTS

Cooked egg noodles to serve everyone

1 box frozen chopped spinach

Feta cheese

Plain yoghurt

Nutmeg

Basil

Salt

Pepper

 

PREPARATION:

  1. Thaw the spinach and mix it in a covered baking dish with the drained egg noodles, crumbled feta cheese, yoghurt (enough to provide a creamy base), salt, pepper, plenty of basil, and a couple of pinches of nutmeg.
  2. Bake in a 350% oven until it's hot and the cheese has melted. Stir before serving.
