Ravioli Casserole - crock pot recipe from vsreed
I just made this one over last night and like how it turned out. I have been cooking overnight lately, since I am afraid to leave the crockpot on too long during the day.  
I doubled this one and froze half.
 

INGREDIENTS
 

1.5 lbs ground beef 
1 medium chopped onion 
1 clove garlic crushed
1 can stewed tomatoes (8 oz) 
1 jar favorite spaghetti sauce (14.5 oz)
1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 cup mozzarella
Two cups uncooked bowtie pasta.
 

PREPARATION:

    1. Saute onion, ground beef and garlic togethr for about 10 minutes.
    2. Place in crock pot with the stewed tomatoes and spaghetti sauce
    3. Cook on low for  7-8 hours or high for 2 hours.
    4. 30 minutes before it's finished, stir in the spinach, mozzarella and pasta.
