Turkey/Chicken Pot Pie from vsreed
I've been motivated to cook lately - so I have a few favorites I have resurrected. 
Yields four servings.


3 cups cooked chicken or turkey

2 cups mixed veggies (two bags frozen, or you can steam fresh ones- I use carrots, peas and green beans.)

2 jars fat free gravy 

4 ready made pie crusts (in refridgerator section)


    1. Mix together the meat beggies and gravy.
    2. Place one pie shell  in the bottom of each eight or nine inch deep dish pie plate.
    3. Fill with the meat/veggie mixture top with second crust. Cut small wholes in the top crust. 
    4. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and turn down to 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Baked pie can be frozen.
