Caesar's Fish from donnav
I'm not a big fish eater, but I like this recipe.
 
 

INGREDIENTS

1 lb flounder fillets
1 cup crushed Ritz (or any brand) crackers
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 
 
 
 
 

PREPARATION:

    1. Place fish in lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish. 
    2. Pour dressing over fish and cover with cracker crumbs. 
    3. Bake for 10 minues at 400 degrees. 
    4. Cover fish with cheddar cheese & bake another 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
