It can't get any easier than this! It's very good and healthy
and the best thing is, my 10-month-old will eat it - I think he thinks
it's pretty, with all the colors!
INGREDIENTS
1 pound hamburger
1 medium or 1/2 a large onion.
1 can red kidney beans
1 can whie northern beans
1 can black beans
1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can rotel (chopped tomatoes and green chilis)
1 package taco seasoning
1 package dry ranch dip mixed with a little water
PREPARATION:

Brown 1 pound hamburger meat (or low-fat alternative) with half of a large
onion

Place in the crock pot with the remaining ingredients.

Cook for 2-4 hours.
