This one couldn't be easier!
INGREDIENTS
1 chicken, cut up, fresh, frozen or thawed
l jar Barbecue sauce.
Cooked rice
PREPARATION:

Place chicken pieces in a crock pot and pour and add barbecue sauce.

If the chicken is thawed set the crockpot on low for 4-6 hours; if
frozen, either increase the time or put on high.
The chicken will be falling off the bones, and it's delicious! I
usually make up some rice and add a veg or salad! and I think I saw somewhere
you can do this recipe with salsa, but don't hold me to it.
