Linguine with Clam Sauce from machock
This one couldn't be easier!
 
 

INGREDIENTS
 

This is simple, but it takes awhile for the sauce to cook down.

1 small can of chopped clams per person, 
1 very large tomato per person, coarsely chopped
1 can of mushrooms
parsley, chopped 
garlic, to taste
 
 
 

PREPARATION:

       
      1. Saute garlic in olive oil.
      2. Add canned clams (with liquid) and mushrooms.
      3. Add tomatoes and parsley.
      4. Cook uncovered until liquid cooks down. This could take a while if it's a large recipe.
      5. when sauce has cooked down to the desired consistency ad 1 tbsp butter.
      6. Serve over cooked linguine.
