Turkey Chili Mac from oldsquaw

Yields 6 servings.



1 lb ground turkey

1 28-oz can crushed tomatoes

1 tbsp sugar,

1 tsp ground cumin,

1/2 tsp chili powder,

8 oz uncooked macaroni,

1/2 can water


  1. Brown turkey in a large skillet
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Simmer on low until pasta is cooked (about 15 minutes).
  4. Serve with a side vegetable.
