INGREDIENTS
1 can fat free refried beans
1 can black beans
1 can fat free chili
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small bottle salsa
sheredded light cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce
chopped fresh tomatoes
Cooked rice
fat free creamy garlic dressing
DS (13 months) gobbles them up and I lost almost 5 lbs my first week
on Weight Watchers while eating these for dinner three nights. I still
have some of the mixture in the fridge--it lasts forever.

PREPARATION:

Mix together 1 can fat free refried beans, 1 can black beans, 1 can fat
free chili, some finely chopped onion and some bottled salsa.

Form into small patties and fry in a hot skillet coated with cooking spray.
Voila!

First night: I make some rice, put a few bean cakes on a plate, top with
shredded light cheddar cheese, rice, lettuce, tomato and fat free creamy
garlic dressing.

Next nights: I mix the leftover rice into the bean mixture and fry them
up that way--even better! Or, spread on a fat free tortilla, top with shredded
cheese and broil. Or,... you get the picture.
