Crispy Lemon-Dill Chicken from lesleyh
Yields approximately 8 servings


 4 boneless skinless chicken breast fillets

3-4 cups rice krispies

1/4 cup butter or margerine, melted

4 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 tsp garlic salt

2 tsp dill


  1. Place rice krispies in a bowl and crunch up a bit with your hands- they should be broken up but not pulverized. 
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, garlic salt, and dill. 
  3. Dip each fillet into the butter mixture, then into the rice krispies to coat well. 
  4. Place on a greased baking pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 30-40 minutes or until done. Turn once halfway through.
