Yields approximately 8 servings
INGREDIENTS
4 boneless skinless chicken breast fillets
3-4 cups rice krispies
1/4 cup butter or margerine, melted
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp dill
PREPARATION:

Place rice krispies in a bowl and crunch up a bit with your hands- they
should be broken up but not pulverized.

In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, garlic salt,
and dill.

Dip each fillet into the butter mixture, then into the rice krispies to
coat well.

Place on a greased baking pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 30-40 minutes
or until done. Turn once halfway through.
