Turkey Stroganoff from oldsquaw

Yields 6 servings.



1 lb ground turkey

3 tbsp flour

1/2 c. chicken, turkey or vegetable boullion

A large dollop of ketchup

A few squirts of Worcesterhire sauce

A Few tbsp of wine (optional)

1 package egg noodles, cooked


  1. Cook noodles while preparing the Stroganoff.
  2. Brown turkey in a large skillet
  3. Add flour and cook 1 minute.
  4. Add buillon ketchup and Worcesterhire sauce, to taste.
  5. Add wine and sour cream.
  6. Heat until steaming but do not boil.
  7. Serve over egg noodles and add a side vegetable.
