| This is an old family favorite that is not very good for you and is time consuming to make, but tastes great and freezes wonderfully. I typically make a double batch, and freeze most of it for later use. It's a great dip for chips, filler for burritos, nachos, tostadas, etc. |
INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 lbs ground beef 1 lb cheese (cojack, cheddar, colby all work well) 16 oz garbanzo beans 1 onion, chopped 3 sliced jalapeno peppers
