INGREDIENTS
3 cups of small red potatoes, cut in chunks
(Note: this recipe works well with carrots too.)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 clove of garlix, crushed
PREPARATION:
- Place the all the ingredients in a gallon size plastic bag.
- Shake until the potatoes are coated.
- Put in a single layer on cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper
to taste
- Bake at 450 degrees until potatoes are tender and starting to brown.
