Oven Baked Potatoes from maire

INGREDIENTS

3 cups of small red potatoes, cut in chunks
(Note: this recipe works well with carrots too.)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

1 clove of garlix, crushed

PREPARATION:

  1. Place the all the ingredients in a gallon size plastic bag.
  2. Shake until the potatoes are coated.
  3. Put in a single layer on cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
  4. Bake at 450 degrees until potatoes are tender and starting to brown.
