Meatballs from greenlane

At greenlane's house this recipe is made by feel and sight. She's approximated it here for 1 lb. of ground beef.

INGREDIENTS

1 lb ground meat

2 raw eggs

1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

1 tsp garlic salt

1 tbsp parsley

1/2 cup grated parmigiana cheese

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix everything together thoroughly. When mixing, feel it with your hands. If it feels hard and dry, your meatballs will end up hard and dry. Add a little warm water.
  2. Roll into 1 - 1 1/2 inch balls.
  3. Broil in the oven, turning once so they brown evenly.
  4. Cook in spaghetti sauce.
